When boosting power in a Dodge RAM 2500/3500 with a Cummins engine, increased fuel is essential. Upgraded lift pumps, often with extra filters and water separators, supplement the injection pump. This renders the factory fuel filter assembly redundant. BD Diesel's Fuel Bowl Delete kit removes it, enabling the addition of a fuel pressure sensor or serving as a distribution block for dual CP3 kits. Note, this kit is an accessory for an auxiliary lift pump and filter assembly. If the factory CP3 pump feed line isn't upgraded to 1/2-inch hose, a feed line assembly upgrade is necessary. Caution: Using this kit without auxiliary filters and water separators is strongly discouraged as it may damage the diesel engine's injection system.
