If you have a diesel truck, you know how important the DPF filter can be; and how expensive they are to replace when they fail. Due to environmental regulations you can no longer remove your DPF filters, but that doesn’t mean your stuck paying thousands at your local dealer – instead get a new or remanufactured DPF or DOC from Dale’s Super Store. You’ll get the same or better performance that you’ve come to rely on from your OEM filter for thousands less than you’d expect, with quality, direct-fit parts for your light, heavy duty, or semi-truck manufactured by brands you trust like Redline, Bullydog, and Magnaflow.

More About Diesel Particulate Filters DPF, Diesel Oxidation Catalysts DOC, Selective Catalytic Reduction SCR

The DPF that came on your diesel truck is designed to control emissions by collecting and trapping the particulate matter inside its inner filter. This filter then removes the soot particles from the exhaust by passing the gasses through a ceramic wall flow filter, while solid particles are trapped within the ceramic filter wall. This build up eventually will cause back pressure, sending the truck into regen, creating heat and turning that accumulated soot to ash, which itself stays inside the filter until it is either cleaned out, or fails and is replaced.

This is where we come in. In addition to new or remanufactured DPFs, we can also clean and return your stock filter. Our filter is sent to us, it is taken apart and inspected for any wear or damage, then repaired if necessary. The DPF substrate is ultrasonically cleaned and then baked, removing the soot and carbon buildup. Your filter is then reassembled, painted, flow tested, and shipped to your door.
