The actuator is the most common reason for failure of the 6.4L Turbochargers. This has lead to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Borg Warner, to release a new version without the need for a cooling manifold to resolve many of the issues that cause the original actuator to fail.  Kit comes with all necessary hardware.  Actuator Does NOT require calibration, It is “Plug and Play”
