NEW Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Head Gasket Set | HS54204A, HS9239PT, 3817 | 1994-2003 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L

The 7.3L Power Stroke head gasket is constructed of graphite material and is designed to seal minor surface irregularities. Superior to the OE gasket, graphite material conducts heat very well and can resist 1800°F in the clamped state. The perforated steel core and stainless steel flanges all help reduce cylinder head lift to maintain a superior combustion seal, and the head gasket does not require a re-torque once installed. This kit carries a one year warranty.

• Gaskets are coated with graphite material and may appear wrinkled or textured – this is normal and does NOT negatively effect performance or sealing ability
• V/C gasket not included
• Use RTV for intake gasket
• Fuel injector o-ring kit not included
• Use new head bolts
