To unleash more power in a Dodge RAM 2500/3500 with a Cummins engine, additional fuel is essential. Upgraded lift pumps, often with extra filters and water separators, ensure clean fuel for the injection pump. With these enhancements, the factory fuel filter assembly becomes redundant or is entirely bypassed. The BD Diesel Fuel Bowl Delete kit is crafted to eliminate the factory fuel filter assembly, permitting the addition of a fuel pressure sensor. It can also function as a distribution block for dual CP3 kits. Note that this kit is meant to complement an auxiliary lift pump and filter assembly. If the factory CP3 pump feed line hasn't been upgraded to a 1/2-inch hose, an upgraded feed line assembly is necessary (refer to optional accessories for details). Warning: Strongly discourage using this kit without auxiliary filters and water separators installed, as it may cause damage to the diesel engine's injection system due to the absence of a fuel filter.
