Features:

  • Brass 360 Thrust Bearing: Brass dissipates heat faster and provides a longer life span vs steel.
  • Improved lubrication: Six oil passages vs OEM 270 style thrust bearings with 5 oil passages.
  • Step Gap Oil Seal: Tighter tolerances for superior sealing minimizing oil leakage from the bearing housing vs standard OEM turbine shaft oil seals.

Geting the Correct Turbo:

  • Early 1999 Models: V8 Powerstroke Fender Badge and 4 Bolts Securing the Compressor Housing.
  • Late 1999 Models: Powerstroke Door Badge and 5 Bolts Securing the Compressor Housing.
Please Note: It is ESSENTIAL to change the oil prior to turbocharger installation. Not doing so may result in premature turbocharger failure.
