This Cylinder Head Gasket is a replacement for your 2003-2005 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L. The Black Diamond head gasket is a premium replacement gasket with a multi-layered steel construction and Black Diamond coating. MAHLE gaskets give you original equipmentform, fit and function so that they fit just like the originals.

The coating seals & impregnates into the mating component surface where it decreases friction forces which allows controlled sliding of the components relative to the gasket without damage to aluminum engine components. The Black Diamond coating is soft enough for cold sealing and features maximum adhesion. Increased durability & temperature resistance and is also resistant to engine fluids including gas, oil & coolant.
