Inexpensive Stock Replacement Pads and Rotors
When it comes time to replace the wearable components of your F250 truck's braking system, you're generally stuck with picking up a set of extremely expensive replacements from your local dealership that won't even give you marginally better performance. There is a much less expensive alternative: Power Stop's Stock OE Replacement Brake Kit. This complete overhaul of your truck's wearable brake parts comes with a set of four inexpensive stock-style blank rotors and a full compliment of uprated Z23 Evolution Sport Ceramic Brake Pads that give you a nice boost in braking performance. This is a great choice if you want to save some cash on new rotors and pads while still giving your Super Duty a nice improvement in stopping ability.
Includes Four OEM-Style Blank Rotors
The rotors that are included in this kit are basic replacements for your worn factory rotors, but are much less expensive than Ford's own rotors while still being heavy-duty enough for your Super Duty truck. Each rotor is manufactured out of cast-iron and features a blank surface for maximum pad contact. Each rotor comes with a Zinc Chromate finish to protect against corrosion.
Uprated Ceramic Brake Pads
While the rotors included in this package may not be much to write home about, the full set of Z23 Ceramic Pads is a bit more impressive. These high-quality brake pads offer up improved bite, more stopping power, and reduced fade over your factory semi-metallic brake pads, while having reduced brake dust, NVH, and wear over your stock pads. Power Stop combines a unique ceramic friction compound with a precision-stamped backing plate for perfect fitment into your calipers without any annoying rattle. The specially-formulated ceramic friction compound has much greater bite than stock and is much more resistant to fade for more consistent braking.

Power Stop Extreme Bedding Note:
The break in procedure is critical to brake performance. The reason for a proper break in is to establish an even layer of friction material deposited on the rotors from the brake pads. It is very important that this initial layer of friction material is evenly distributed. Break in the pads as follows: 5 moderate to aggressive stops from 40 mph down to 10 mph in rapid succession without letting the brakes cool and do not come to a complete stop. Then do 5 moderate stops from 35 mph to 5 mph in rapid succession without letting the brakes cool. You should expect to smell some resin as the brakes get hot. After this is complete, drive around for as long as possible without excessively heating the brakes and without coming to a complete stop (Try for about 5 minutes at moderate speed). This is the cooling stage. It allows the heated resin in the brake pads to cool and cure. After the brakes have cooled to standard operating temperature, you may use the brakes normally.
