Description

This EGR cooler replacement addresses the common failure of the OE EGR Cooler on your Ford Powerstroke. Most OEM coolers are failing due to cracking, which causes water and exhaust to mix, or they become clogged with exhaust deposits. We have developed a process making the EGR Cooler much more reliable and maintenance free. This design uses T304 stainless steel tubing to replace the design used in most OE Coolers. The stainless steel tubing is tig welded to laser-cut plates and attached to the cooler housing. This will ensure the cooler will operate under the toughest of environments. This is a must for mass transit vehicles like school buses, ambulances, and wreckers.
