Description

This is a heavy duty EGR Cooler for a Volvo Mack AC380 Diesel Engine. The process uses a Factory OEM Cooler. The EGR cooler is ultrasonically cleaned. The cooler goes through a series of tests to ensure the integrity of the core structure. The end caps are removed to examine the tube structure. Inner core is completely cleaned of any exhaust particulate. The end caps are then attached by TIG welding. Then the entire assembly is pressure tested to ensure a properly working Factory cooler.
