These Premium rebuilt injectors from Warren Diesel are the improved package solution when it comes time to replace those stock injectors.  All internal surfaces are remanufactured, all pieces of the injector are inspected, defective parts are replaced, and all solenoids and O-rings are replaced.  These injectors are then flow tested in house, plus four more testing procedures before they're qualified as passable to be sent to you.   This Premium package includes new solenoids, spool valves, plunger springs, poppet springs, hardware, plus professionally refurbished nozzles.  Please allow 3-5 days for your injectors to be built before shipping.  

These injectors are the biggest conventional you can run on a stock HPOP and are capable of 600HP to the rear wheels.  You will see gains in fuel economy as well as low end torque.  You will have to run custom tuning to ensure a smooth idle and to maximize the potential of your new injectors, as well as a VGT or larger turbocharger.  These will also require an aftermarket lift pump and regulated return to ensure the proper amount of fuel is being supplied to the injectors.

Core Information:

Cores must be returned within 60 days of injector delivery.  After 60 days there will be a late fee of 10% per month deducted from your original core value.
