Holders Diesel 225CC Stage 5 Injector Set Rebuild Service (30-100% Over Nozzles) | HDS60-225 | 2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L

These are what Holders Diesel call 'Hot Street/Competition' injectors, which displace 225cc of fuel, and can be paired with either 30%, 75% or 100% over nozzles.  The smaller nozzle will help with fuel atomization and for driving on the street while the larger nozzle would be better for top end power.  We do not recommend towing with this injector unless you have very extensive modifications.  You will need a regulated return along with a fuel pump upgrade, as well as possibly upgrading your high pressure oil pump depending on the health of your oil system for them to run to their full potential.  We always recommend you check your fuel pressure under load after installation. You want a very minimum of 45psi of fuel pressure at any time.

This is for a set of (8). This is not an exchange service!  You send your injectors in to be rebuilt and receive back the same injectors that you sent in. You know the history and mileage of these injectors, keep them!  These get all the major wear items replaced such as nozzles, nozzle lift spring, piston return spring, all seals and gaskets, plus the spool valves are polished and all sealing surfaces are refinished. These are all bench tested on our Hartridge HA-230 flow bench once completed to ensure all flow rates and functionality. These include a 6 month warranty.
