Steering Gears Remanufactured steering gear with OE seals and custom fit ball bearings to eliminate play.  Will fit Fits 1980-2002 all Jeeps except CJ. This is a 3-bolt mount housing with o-ring fittings. 15:1 ratio with axle stops in place equaling 3 turns lock to lock. This is a properly re-manufactured steering gear using precision fit, custom made over-sized ball bearings for worm and piston assembly. This steering gear has been properly tested to maximum pressure for leaks, power balance and play.  Please verify the total amount of turns your gearbox has by counting turns on steering wheel from one side all the way to the other. Generally 3 or 3-3/8 turns. Please leave a count in the question box when purchasing. Also verify the amount of mounting holes in gearbox (generally 3 but sometimes 4) and leave that number in question box when ordering.

• Drain fluid and reinstall port plugs
• Use the original plastic bag or suitable packaging to prevent leaks
• Retain and reuse packing materials for secure transit
• Reinforce the box with tape, if possible

Warranty:

Our warranty is 12 months (unlimited miles) and does not include any labor costs. Power steering system must be flushed prior to installing our product. Failure to flush will void warranty.
