These replacement 6.7 Powerstroke Injector Set (8) part number 0445117023, 0986435415, BC3Z-9H529-A, CN-6025 are completely disassembled and all tolerances are checked to OEM specs. If any parts of the injector are out of spec then that part is replaced with a new part.

The injectors are completely remanufactured and then fully flow tested to match in flow within 1%. Each injector includes all hardware necessary for installation (O-rings, copper crush washers).

Each injector is put through it's paces, tested for defects in a variety of ways to ensure you get what you pay for.
