INJECTORS

Basic remanufactured and fully tested Dodge Ram 6.7 Cummins injectors that have been removed from a running engine. They are a budget solution to get your truck on the road. We recommend our premium injectors if the budget allows. These injectors are cleaned externally in an ultrasonic tank, flushed internally, then the nozzles are reconditioned.

Each injector is individually tested on a state of the art test stand which includes a resistance test, system leak test, purge, idle speed test, mid load test, full load test, and static back leak test, with each cycle checking solenoid response time, back leak flow, and fuel delivery. These injectors meet running truck specifications. Each injector includes all hardware necessary for installation (O-rings, copper crush washers). For proper installation of your new injectors, we recommend replacing the fuel crossover tubes & valve cover gasket.  These injectors carry a One year warranty.

CUMMINS 5.9/6.7 HIGH PRESSURE FUEL CONNECTOR TUBES 

Brand new BOSCH® connector tube with O-ring. We recommend these always be changed when replacing your injectors, as re-using old tubes can lead to leaks, contamination, and premature injector failure.

CUMMINS 6.7 HIGH PRESSURE FUEL LINES

Brand new set of high pressure fuel lines, included to help prevent premature injector failure.  To prevent line failures, Injection lines for cylinders 2 – 6 incorporate the updated isolators (An isolator is not used on the first cylinder.)

CUMMINS 5.9/6.7 2006+ VALVE COVER GASKET KIT

This valve cover gasket fits Cummins 5.9 2006-2007 & 6.7 2007-Current (Not compatible with 2003-2005)  This Kit includes a gasket with injector connectors which plugs directly into the factory harnesses. We highly recommend these be replaced when installing new injectors to avoid leaks & shorts in the injector harness.
