This injector replacement kit has everything you need to properly install injectors in your 2007-2012 6.7 Cummins. 

The Kit Includes:

REMANUFACTURED INJECTORS

Standard Reman and fully tested 6.7 Cummins injectors that were made by Bosch and remanufactured by a third party. These injectors are cleaned externally in an ultrasonic tank, flushed internally, then the nozzles are reconditioned. Each injector is individually tested on a state of the art test stand which includes a resistance test, system leak test, purge, idle speed test, mid load test, full load test, and static back leak test, with each cycle checking solenoid response time, back leak flow, and fuel delivery.  These injectors are guaranteed meet or exceed specifications.

Each injector includes all hardware necessary for installation (O-rings, copper crush washers). For proper installation of your new injectors, we recommend replacing the fuel crossover tubes & valve cover gasket.  These injectors carry a One year warranty.

CUMMINS 5.9/6.7 HIGH PRESSURE FUEL CONNECTOR TUBES 

Brand new BOSCH® connector tube with O-ring. We recommend these always be changed when replacing your injectors, as re-using old tubes can lead to leaks, contamination, and premature injector failure.

CUMMINS 6.7 HIGH PRESSURE FUEL LINES

Brand new set of high pressure fuel lines, included to help prevent premature injector failure.  To prevent line failures, Injection lines for cylinders 2 – 6 incorporate the updated isolators (An isolator is not used on the first cylinder.)

CUMMINS 5.9/6.7 2006+ VALVE COVER GASKET KIT

This valve cover gasket fits Cummins 5.9 2006-2007 & 6.7 2007-Current (Not compatible with 2003-2005)  This Kit includes a gasket with injector connectors which plugs directly into the factory harnesses. We highly recommend these be replaced when installing new injectors to avoid leaks & shorts in the injector harness.
