Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Injector | AP63803AD, F81Z9E527CRM, CMR-8-RM | 1999-2003 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L

These replacement injectors are completely disassembled and all tolerances are checked to OEM specs. If any parts of the injector are out of spec then that part is replaced with a new part. Every injectors gets new spring assemblies, plungers and barrel assemblies. These are complete remanufactured with new tungston coated plungers and barrels.

The injectors are completely remanufactured and then fully flow tested to match in flow within 1%. Each injector includes all hardware necessary for installation (O-rings, copper crush washers). For proper installation of your new injectors, we recommend replacing the fuel crossover tubes & valve cover gasket.  These injectors carry a one year warranty.

We do not charge “additional repair fees” if you send your cores to be rebuilt. Please note most other companies charge for faulty parts on top of the rebuild price and do not use new plungers and barrels in their injectors. Coked cores are the result of vegetable oil and will not be accepted.

Our price includes a return label for your injector cores. If you have selected to send in cores first before your product ships it is the customers responsibility to ship cores to our facility.

Injector Chart:

• AA - '94-'97 Non-California trucks. They are all 90cc injectors and are single shots. 
• AB - '97 California, and all Early '99 trucks. Split Shot injectors that flow 130cc of fuel.
• AC - Came in high torque version of the T444E and didn't come in any Powerstrokes. They have the same internals as the AB injectors with the exception of the single shot plunger and barrel and are 160cc. Custom Tunes Required*
• AD - These are found in all late '99-'03 Powerstrokes and T444Es, and are a Split Shot Injector
• AE - Long lead AD injector that was used to cure a "cackle" issue.

Installation Check List

• Ensure fuel pressure is within the range of 60-70 psi.
• Verify IDM voltage is at 120 volts.
• Check that low-pressure oil pressure is at 30 psi or higher.
• Test battery voltage.
• Confirm that fuel filters are free from restrictions.
• Ensure engine oil is at the correct level.
