Several years in the making

We have already experienced the fact that the 2005-2007 OEM style HPOP was a very durable unit. With that in mind, we went into this project to make a larger pump and still keep at least the durability of the stock pump in mind, and improve on a few common failure areas while we were at it.

• Larger displacement- handles most hybrids and conventionals up to 300cc
• All passageways in pump are bored completely through for increased volume delivery
• All pressed in plugs are removed, the holes tapped, and replaced with SAE O-ring port plugs
• Gear and shaft are keyed together to eliminate any slippage
• Outside of pump is machined to accept custom steel piston retaining plates
• 5 hours of machine work done to each housing
• Upgraded bearing material
• New IPR O-ring and filter set included
• New Inlet and outlet Viton O-rings included
• New Viton O-ring to seal pump to cover plate
