On 93 octane fuel you can expect gains of up to an astounding 145 horsepower & 140 ft/lbs of torque at the wheels for 3.5L equipped trucks and 48 horsepower & 57 ft/lbs of torque with 2.7L engine. Greatly improved throttle response and power will be immediately noticeable. This is a moderately difficult upgrade that takes a few hours to complete in the driveway.
