ODYSSEY Extreme Series AGM Batteries offer double the power and triple the service life compared to conventional batteries. They surpass standard AGM or SLI (flooded) batteries in power density, fast-charge acceptance, shelf life, durability, and overall value. This superior performance is due to their plates being constructed from pure virgin lead, unlike the lead alloy found in most batteries. This allows for more plates to be packed inside, resulting in a larger plate surface area and significantly more power, capable of up to 400 cycles at 80% depth of discharge. This design helps them meet the demands of modern vehicle electronics.
