This Premium Diesel injector is fully Re-Manufactured and fully tested for the Volvo D12 engines. It has been fully disassembled and rebuilt with quality components. If you don't know which injector you're looking for, please email or give us a call. This injector offers a one year warranty.

There are two types of injector sleeves used in Volvo engines: conical and flat copper. The conical sleeves are made of stainless steel or brass. The flat sleeves are copper and also require a washer to be used. You must determine which type of sleeve is in the engine to know how to replace the injectors. These injectors are for flat copper sleeves only.
