S&S Diesel full set of performance injectors for the LLY Duramax, 2004.5-2005 6.6L. S&S offers advanced injector and nozzle upgrades with a proprietary nozzle honing process for precise and clean fuel flow. Nozzles are flow-matched to a 1% variance per set, adhering to OE standards and tested under Viscor SAE-J967 at 40°C and 100 bar. Injectors are flow-matched to a 3% variance per set and are optimized across four different pressure points. Injection profiles are carefully aligned, and injector build specifications are custom-matched to the nozzle flow rate. Larger injectors (250% and up) include internal body modifications to enhance flow, slow down opening/closing times, and improve injection rate shape.
