This is a Long Block diesel motor completely rebuilt in the USA to be an exact replacement for your GM 6.6L Duramax. This build comes with a warranty (with optional upgrade). We will require a VIN to verify your year/make/model to ensure you get the proper engine replacement.

These Remanufactured 6.6L Duramax Long Blocks are assembled using quality parts that meet or exceed OEM standards. These parts are from brands such as MAHLE, Federal Mogul, Hastings, Melling, Silvolite, SBI, and Elgin parts. All New piston kits, rod bearings, main bearings, cam bearings, oil pump, and several other valve train parts are replaced.

Unit comes with a new long block installation gasket set. Any gasket not included with the long block must be purchased separately.


How The Process Works:

All engines are blueprinted. Engine cylinders are bored, honed, and tested. Main bearing are align honed or align bored. This is part of the blueprint process. Blocks with spun main bearings are not used. The block and decks are blocked and resurfaced with machines. Crankshafts are heat treated, and balanced before installation

Valves and springs are replaced. Damaged crankshaft journals are omitted and there is no spray welding of any components in the machining process. Connecting rods are machined to OEM specifications or better.

The Cylinder heads are remanufactured to exceed OEM specifications in a top of line valve seat machines. The Valve guides are replaced & honed in guide hones. The Head gasket surfaces are refinished with cutters, the latest technology in the resurfacing of cast iron and aluminum to ensure a proper gasket seal. Surfaces are then checked with the same profilometer used on block gasket surfaces.

Finally all assembled long blocks are tested for compression before shipping. Our engine builders are professional engine machinists.
