Missing Package Policy

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. If you haven’t received your order, please follow the steps below to help locate your package.

Step 1: Double Check Your Shipping Address

  • Ensure the shipping address listed on your order is the correct one.

Step 2: Check for a Delivery Attempt

  • Check your mailbox or the usual mail drop-off spots.
  • Look for a delivery photo, if available, to help identify the location.
  • Check around your property, including porches, garages, side doors, backyards, or other specified delivery locations.

Step 3: Ask Others

  • Check with household members, roommates, neighbors, or building staff who might have accepted the package on your behalf.

Step 4: Wait 48 Hours

  • In some cases, packages are marked as delivered up to 48 hours before they actually arrive. Please allow this time before reporting the issue.

Step 5: Contact the Carrier

  • The shipping carrier may have more detailed tracking or delivery information.
  • Utilize specific carrier tracking tools or customer service contacts for your carrier.
  • You may need to open a claim with the carrier if the package cannot be located.

If you've completed all of the above steps and your package is still missing:

  • Contact Customer Service within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
