Dales Super Store - Diesel Particulate Filters DPF, Diesel Oxidation Catalysts DOC, Selective Catalytic Reduction SCR

If you have a diesel vehicle, you know how important the diesel particulate filter, or DPF, can be and how expensive they are to replace when they fail. The same can be said for your diesel oxidation catalyst, or DOC, and selective catalytic reduction system, or SCR. Due to environmental regulations you can no longer remove your DPF, DOC, or SCR, but that does not mean paying thousands at your local dealer for a replacement. Instead - get a new or remanufactured DPF, DOC or SCR from Dale’s Super Store. You will get the same or better performance that you have come to rely on from your OEM parts for thousands less for your light duty, medium duty, heavy duty, industrial engine or semi-truck. Our parts come from brands you trust like MOPAR, Ford Motorcraft, Cummins and RoadWarrior.
We offer a variety of new, aftermarket, OEM and remanufactured parts. We have gaskets, clamps, coolers, filters, sensors and more. If we do not have what you are looking for--contact us.
We are unable to ship any non-CARB compliant part to CA.

More About Diesel Particulate Filters DPF, Diesel Oxidation Catalysts DOC, Selective Catalytic Reduction SCR
The DPF that came on your diesel truck is designed to control emissions by collecting and trapping the particulate matter inside its inner filter. This filter then removes the soot particles from the exhaust by passing the gasses through a ceramic filter, while solid particles are trapped within the ceramic filter wall. This build up eventually will cause back pressure, sending the truck into regen, creating heat and turning that accumulated soot to ash, which itself stays inside the filter until it is either cleaned out, or fails and is replaced.
In addition to new or remanufactured DPFs, we can also clean and return your stock filter. Your filter is sent to us, taken apart, inspected for any wear or damage, then repaired as necessary. The DPF substrate is ultrasonically cleaned then baked, thereby removing the soot and carbon buildup. Your filter is then reassembled, painted, flow tested, and shipped back to you.
