The Freedom Injection hi-flow performance turbo pedestal for your 1999.5-2003 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L diesel eliminates the factory actuator rod assembly and prevents leaks from "plugging" it. The pedestal works with a stock 1999.5-2003 turbo or Garrett GTP38R. This Turbo Does Not Fit Engines Built Before 12/6/98 (AKA Early 99)
