Description

These replacement injectors are completely disassembled and all tolerances are checked to OEM specs. If any parts of the injector are out of spec then that part is replaced with a new part. Every injectors gets new spring assemblies, plungers and barrel assemblies. These are complete remanufactured with new tungsten coated plungers and barrels.

The injectors are completely remanufactured and then fully flow tested to match in flow within 1%. Each injector includes all hardware necessary for installation (O-rings, copper crush washers). For proper installation of your new injectors, we recommend replacing the fuel crossover tubes & valve cover gasket. These injectors carry a two year warranty.

We do not charge “additional repair fees” if you send your cores to be rebuilt. Please note most other companies charge for faulty parts on top of the rebuild price and do not use new plungers and barrels in their injectors. Coked cores are the result of vegetable oil and will not be accepted.

If you have selected to send in cores first before your product ships it is the customers responsibility to ship cores to our facility.

Installation Guidelines:

  • Adhere to the manufacturer's installation procedures and torque specifications.
  • Thoroughly clean and inspect the injector cups.
  • Ensure new injectors have copper combustion seals installed, and confirm old seals were removed with the previous injectors.
  • Replace the engine oil and filter.
  • Replace the fuel filter.
  • Flush and inspect the fuel supply system.
  • Clean and inspect the oil supply system.
  • Lubricate O-rings with clean engine oil.
  • Verify correct fuel pressure after injector installation.
