Description

These heads are a direct replacement for your old and worn out 6.0L Powerstroke heads. We perform the following tests and procedures on each head:

  • All fuel rails are drilled and checked.
  • All heads have push rod clearance.
  • Glow plugs and injectors are test-fitted.
  • All recession depths are checked.
  • All heads are pressure tested.
  • All holes, including glow plug threads, are tapped.
  • Each head receives an in-house valve job.

These fully loaded heads feature the following brand new components:

  • Valves
  • Iron Guides
  • Valve Seats
  • Valve Stem Seals
  • Springs

Each head is shipped ready to install. Cylinder Heads sold Individually. Available in REMAN or NEW UPGRADED Castings.
