The injectors are completely remanufactured and then fully flow tested to match in flow within 1%. All tolerances are checked to OEM specs. If any parts of the injector are out of spec then that part is replaced with a new part. Each injector includes all hardware necessary for installation (O-rings, copper crush washers).
