Basic remanufactured and fully tested 5.9 injectors that have been removed from a running engine. They are a budget solution to get your truck on the road. We recommend our premium injectors if the budget allows. These injectors are cleaned externally in an ultrasonic tank, flushed internally, then the nozzles are reconditioned.

Each injector is individually tested on a state of the art test stand which includes a resistance test, system leak test, purge, idle speed test, mid load test, full load test, and static back leak test, with each cycle checking solenoid response time, back leak flow, and fuel delivery. These injectors meet running truck specifications. Each injector includes all hardware necessary for installation (O-rings, copper crush washers). For proper installation of your new injectors, we recommend replacing the fuel crossover tubes & valve cover gasket.  These injectors carry a One year warranty.
