This is the ultimate 2003-2007 Cummins 5.9L injector super kit which is prebuilt to take out all the guess work. Add everything you need to upgrade your injector system. The injectors are guaranteed meet or exceed OEM specifications. They are full tested before shipment with state of the art equipment.

Each injector includes all hardware necessary for installation (O-rings, copper crush washers), as well as return line seals and lower valve cover gaskets so you can do the entire job right the first time, all with one kit. All internal surfaces are re-manufactured, all pieces of the injector are inspected, defective parts are replaced, and all solenoids and O-rings are replaced. This kit features a two year warranty.

CUMMINS 5.9/6.7 HIGH PRESSURE FUEL CONNECTOR TUBES:

Brand new Bosch connector tubes with o-ring. With a larger orifice, these are an upgrade for 5.9 owners & allow more fuel to be supplied to the injector. Re-using old tubes can lead to leaks, contamination, and premature injector failure and should always be replaced when installing new injectors.

CUMMINS 5.9 HIGH PRESSURE FUEL LINES:

A Brand new set of high pressure fuel lines. To prevent line failures, Injection lines for cylinders 2 – 6 incorporate the updated isolators (An isolator is not used on the first cylinder) and should always be replaced when installing injectors.

CUMMINS 5.9 2003-2005 VALVE COVER GASKET:

Valve cover harness gasket, We recommend these be replaced when installing new injectors to avoid leaks & shorts in the injector harness.

CUMMINS 5.9 2006+ VALVE COVER GASKET w/ Harness:

Valve cover harness gasket, six retaining screw O-rings, and oil filter cap seal O-ring. To avoid leaks, these should always be replaced when installing new injectors.  Kit includes gasket with injector connectors which plugs directly into the factory harnesses. We recommend these be replaced when installing new injectors to avoid leaks & shorts in the injector harness.
