Every cylinder sleeve is carefully cast using the centrifugal casting method, ensuring a high-quality product. Designed with a semi-finished ID, these sleeves enable machinists to remove at least 0.025" of material during the boring and honing process, making installation smoother. Additionally, each sleeve features a chamfered bottom OD edge for ease of insertion into the engine block. High-Performance (HP) sleeves are also available, cast from a premium formula that enhances hardness (293 BHN) and tensile strength (45,000 PSI). Every cylinder sleeve comes individually packaged in a protective box and wrapped in rust-preventative paper, extending its shelf life.
