7.3 IDI Non-Powerstroke Loaded Stock Cylinder Head | 1988-1994 Ford 7.3L IDI International

These heads are a direct replacement for your old and worn out Ford 7.3L IDI International heads. We perform the following tests and procedures on each head: All fuel rails are drilled and checked, All heads are push rod clearance, glow plugs and injectors are test fit, all recession depths are checked, all heads are pressure tested, all holes are tapped including glow plug threads and each head gets an in-house valve job. 

These fully loaded heads feature, brand new valves, iron guides, valve seats, valve stem seals, and springs. Each head is shipped ready to install and requires no upfront core. (Cylinder Heads sold Individually.) Available in REMAN Castings

Core Return Instructions

We will accept your old cylinder head no matter the condition. If you don't have a core contact us we have an option for that instance. So please let us know.

We Keep It Simple. Your head will arrive in our special foam lined box. Once your new head is installed all you have to do is put your old one in the box and tape it up, stick on the prepaid label. You may then give the box to any UPS driver, or drop off at any UPS pickup point, there is no charge for you to send your head back.
