Injector harness pigtail suitable for ALL 6.0L Powerstroke & Navistar engines comes with a one-year warranty. This pigtail is a part of the harness connecting the FICM to the injectors and is not the connector attached to the injector itself. Rather, it's the vehicle-side connector with around 10 inches of wire located outside of the valve cover. This 6.0 Powerstroke injector harness connector pigtail provides a cost-effective alternative to replacing the whole FICM harness, especially when only one connector is faulty.

To install, it needs to be spliced into the FICM harness. Using solder and heat shrink tubing or self-sealing heat-shrinkable crimp-type butt connectors is recommended for a secure connection. Properly reconnecting each wire to its correct location is crucial. The best approach is to index the connector you're replacing and sketch a diagram noting wire colors and positions. To avoid confusion, it's advisable to cut and repair one wire at a time.
