DieselSite Ford 6R140 Billet Flexplate | 2011-2019 Ford Powerstroke 6.7L

DIESELSITE's high speed alloy billet steel flex plate's are made to overcome common cracks and fatigue breakage of the stock flex plates caused by high mileage and higher horsepower builds. Always be sure to check and inspect your flex plate if you are replacing your transmission.

Special Notes:

• Ford recommends you do NOT reuse your bolts. You can source new Ford bolts [BC3Z-6379-C] or purchase from us if available.
• This unit is for 2011*-2019 6R140 with 6 studs.
• 2011 year models were produced with an 8 stud torque convertor. It is advised to change your torque convertor to the later 6 stud as this flex plate will not work on the 2011 model with the 8 stud convertor.
• 2012-2019 year models were produced with 6 stud torque convertors.
• 1st: torque all bolts to 44 in/lbs
• 2nd: torque all bolts to 48 ft/lbs
• 3rd: torque all bolts to a torque angle of 90 degrees
