Please Note:

For use in a 12.7L engine:

This camshaft can be installed without any modifications to the gear setup. It is also compatible with the 14L DDECIV engine without requiring any changes. However, for a 14L DDECV engine equipped with a camshaft gear housing instead of the dowel pin assembly, an adapter will be necessary. The required adapter (part number: LDSS60) is available for an additional charge.

For use in a 14L engine:

Recommended to use with the Detroit Series 60 14.0L N3 Injectors (part number: 0414703007), although some ECM tuning will be necessary to adjust the pulse width. Set the valve lash to .008 for intake and .020 for the exhaust. The injector should be adjusted as per the DDEC 5 service manual guidelines: bottom it out at max stroke and then back off ¾ turn, rather than using a tool.
