These heads are a direct replacement for your tired and cracked 6.0l heads. New casting, brand new valves, iron guides, valve seats, valve stem seals, and springs. So if you are going cab up why not go back with new instead of old questionable junk. A machined O-Ring is installed to keep compression in the cylinder and out of your cooling system. Each head is shipped ready to install and requires no core.
