OEM Cylinder Head for your 2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L. Motorcraft Head Assembly, Head Gasket, and Bolts. Straight 20mm Dowels, 18mm To 20mm Step Dowels, Case To Head Tubes for 2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L. This is for a single cylinder head. Please select the correct year range is selected from the drop-down to ensure that you receive the correct fit. All Motorcraft parts come with a two year warranty.

Please Note: This is a SINGLE Cylinder Head. You will need TWO for a complete engine install.
