Description

This is a brand-new replacement front output shaft for GM transfer case models: NP246, NP261HD, NP263HD, NP261XHD and NP263XHD.

It is a direct drop-in replacement for the NP246 transfer case which uses a front output speed sensor for automatic 4WD engagement. When used in the NP261HD, NP263HD, NP261XHD or NP263XHD transfer cases the tone wheel will not cause any issue and can be left in place.
